Our policy lasts 10  days upon receiving your purchase. No change of mind refunds, no refunds on sale items. we are happy to exchange sizing, style and offer a store credit. 

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully

If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached. Email us to get a return form.  If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. This is so your item is not lost as we cannot exchange an item we have not received. We reserve the right to charge the return courier fee, below are the courier fee charges;

AUS (non tracked) $10.00

Fill out the returns form, make sure your details are on the form with your order number name and address. Courier the package back to us with your return order and the return form. Our returns address will be on the return form. Once your item has been received we will email you the process from there. We require 10 working days for returns to be processed and shipped. 


If you would like to return for a store credit please email us and we can send you a return form. Once we receive your package we will process it and advise you of your store credit.
