RETURNS POLICY

COVID-19 UPDATE 

At Level 3, we will endeavour to respond to all our return/exchange emails. However we will have a smaller team due to social distancing restrictions. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

This will not effect your 10day return period, please leave the tags attached and return the item in its original condition you received it. For all return enquiries, please email returns@chingaclothing.co.nz 

 

EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE /STYLE

If you would like to return /exchange an item for a different size/ style.  The item must be returned to us within 10 days upon receiving it.  For exchange of a different style, the item that you would like to exchange for, must be of the same value. 

Please email returns@chingaclothing.co.nz with your order number, shipping address and the item you ordered. We will then send you a return form to complete and include in your returning parcel. 

Return items must be in it’s original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. We do reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these requirements. 

Once your return arrives into our warehouse it may take up to 5 business days to be processed and you will receive an email notification once completed. 

If the item that you would like to exchange for, is out of stock , we will then notify you via email and process a store credit automatically. 

Unfortunately we are unable to hold items for exchanges as the inventory moves too fast.

For health and hygiene reasons, face masks cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded. 

Items marked as 'Clearance Items' are not able to be returned. 

Items below the value of $50 cannot be returned as this is an end of line item. 

 

REQUESTING A REFUND

Please note: Sale items or Change of minds cannot be refunded.

If you would like to return an item for a refund.  The item must be returned to us within 10 days upon receiving it.

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM

We aim to provide top quality products, if you do find that your item is faulty, please email returns@chingaclothing.co.nz with your order number, shipping address and the item you ordered (please attach a photo of the fault).

Our returns team will be in touch with you and send you a return form to complete and include in your returning parcel. 

We will assess the product once it arrives into our warehouse before we can find a resolution for you. 

If product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act. 

 

    

IF WE SENT YOU THE INCORRECT ITEM/SIZE 

We work hard to ensure all orders are sent out accurately but mistakes can happen. We apologise for the inconvenience if an incorrect item has been sent to you. 

Please email returns@chingaclothing.co.nz with your order number, shipping address and the item you ordered/ the item you did receive. (Please attach photos). We can then try our very best to resolve this for you!
