WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A MOVE, OUR RETURNS DEPARTMENT WILL BE CLOSED FROM MARCH 26 TILL APRIL 9TH

*all returns will still be welcomed after this date as long as tags are attached and its in the same condition as received. 

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 10  days upon receiving your purchase.  We are happy to exchange sizing, style and offer a store credit. If you would like a refund please email us, we can only approve refunds, if tags are attached on items and it meets the 10 day mark and it was on full price. 

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully

If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached. Email us to get a return form.  If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. This is so your item is not lost as we cannot exchange an item we have not received.

 

WANT A REFUND

If you would like to return for a refund, please email us and we can send you a return form. Once we receive your package we will process your return, and send your refund request to our accounts team, this can take up to 5 business days. Sale items cannot be refunded. 

WE SENT YOU THE INCORRECT ITEM/SIZE 

We have hundreds of orders getting sent out everyday, we will make mistakes and we apologise for the inconvenience. Please email us on info@chingaclothing.co.nz so that we can get this sorted for you.
