Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 10  days upon receiving your purchase. No refunds on sale items. we are happy to exchange sizing, style and offer a store credit. if you would like a refund please email us, we can only approve refunds, if tags are attached on items and it meets the 10 day mark. We cannot offer a refund on end of line items or sale items. 

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully

If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached. Email us to get a return form.  If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. This is so your item is not lost as we cannot exchange an item we have not received.



If you would like to return for a store credit please email us and we can send you a return form. Once we receive your package we will process it and advise you of your store credit. Store credits cannot be used on sale items and cannot be redeemed for a refund. 


We have hundreds of orders getting sent out everyday, we will make mistakes and we apologise for the inconvenience. Please email us on so that we can get this sorted for you.
