Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 10  days upon receiving your purchase. No refunds on sale items. we are happy to exchange sizing, style and offer a store credit. if you would like a refund please email us, we can only approve refunds, if tags are attached on items and it meets the 10 day mark. We cannot offer a refund on an end of line items or sale items. 

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully

If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached. Email us to get a return form.  If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. This is so your item is not lost as we cannot exchange an item we have not received.

 

WANT A REFUND

If you would like to return for a refund, please email us and we can send you a return form. Once we receive your package we will process your return, and send your refund request to our accounts team, this can take up to 5 business days. Sale items cannot be refunded. 

WE SENT YOU THE INCORRECT ITEM/SIZE 

We have hundreds of orders getting sent out everyday, we will make mistakes and we apologise for the inconvenience. Please email us on info@chingaclothing.co.nz so that we can get this sorted for you.
